Module 1: Understand How to Work with Your Unique Learning Style
Learn how you’re wired and how to harness your differences as strengths.
I'll teach you practices to calm down, regroup, and continue moving forward when life feels hard.
Open up to more time and energywith humor, fun and strength-based strategies.
Feel and be your bestas you learn how to accept (and even love) yourself and your uniqueness unconditionally!!
Module 2: Manage Your Time & Daily Tasks
Understand how you uniquely experience time and how you can manage your time (with joy).
Learn to establish important routines and receive tools to plan your time & tasks.
I'll teach you how to prioritize your day, week and month to actually get things accomplished.
Discover how to set yourself up for ongoing success by putting your "support system" in place.
Module 3: Get Organized So You Can Find What You Need
Learn new ways of thinking about space, time, objects & people.
Establish easy routines to find what you need, get & stay organized, and put things away when you’re done.
I'll teach you how to create “homes” for your things, so you always know where important objects are.
Module 4: Learn How to Effectively Communicate in Your Relationships
Learn the different parts of a conversation to increase your effective communication.
Understand your unique communication style.
Learn how to participate in relationships that are mutually co-created & beneficial.
I'll teach you how to minimize the critical mind and how to bring in fun, humor and celebration into all your relationships!
