How does the Find Your Flow Program work?
Since people are ready to start when they're ready, it made sense to shift to offering our 4-month program in a way that allows you to start the modules at any time. There is an initial 4-month commitment so you can complete each of the modules, with a month-to-month option at the end of the first 4 months.
The 4 modules rotate. It's important to do each module at least once, after which many participants like to repeat the modules a 2nd or 3rd time.
When you join, you'll start at the beginning of the following month. You'll receive a welcome packet that will give you all the information you need as you get started. And you're always free to ask our team any questions!

How many group members are in each section?
I keep sections small, generally between 5 - 7 people and no more than 10.
Is there any structure to the Group Zoom Class?
Yes! There is a specific agenda for each Group Zoom Class to support everybody's learning. We always start with check ins, followed by questions, and then I teach a new concept. Toward the end of the session we briefly discuss what will be covered in the next meeting, and each participant shares what they'll focus on for the next class.
Does everyone who participates have to have the same goals?
Not at all! You are an individual and it's important that your goals are right for you. It really does work for each person to have their own goal(s) for how they want to grow, while everyone learns no matter where they are in their journey. You have your unique learning style and it's important to honor that.
I'm just learning about my new ADHD diagnosis. Will this program work for me?
Yes, it will absolutely support you as you grow to understand and work with your new ADHD diagnosis. It's also helpful for those who have had a diagnosis for a while yet are struggling to find a way to come to terms with it. You don't have to do this alone!
What kind of people typically sign up for this program?
People who want to shift their negative self-thoughts so they can feel better about themselves. People who are struggling with getting to work on time, being there for friends and family, and keeping their work and space organized. Find Your Flow is open for people from college age to elders.
I like the idea of being part of a group, but it’s hard for me to feel comfortable in groups and they haven’t worked for me before. What's different about this group?
Most people with ADHD or who are Wired Differently have a hard time being part of a group. They're typically much more comfortable leading a group than being in one. What sets this group apart is that you will be in like-minded company — you are not alone! Past clients have told me my style of facilitation creates a learning environment that feels encouraging and open. My unique modeling approach will help you grasp things better while you get the support you need along the way.
Whether it's explaining complex concepts or breaking down challenging tasks, I've got your back. There's a unique power that comes with feeling fully accepted by a group of people who understand and share your struggles.

Will this program cure my ADHD?
While there is no cure for ADHD, it's important to find strategies that will help you work with your ADHD and learn to love and accept yourself as you are. Once you have tools that help you embrace the way you're wired, it becomes easier to build a life you love living. Find Your Flow will help you harness your differences as unique strengths. You'll learn tools to get organized, communicate better, and manage your time with ease.
Will it really only take 4 months for my life to get better?
Everyone learns and changes at their own pace. Find Your Flow starts with a 4-month commitment, but you can stay on longer and keep building on what you've learned in each module. This program is flexible by design to honor the individuality of each person's needs. For example, if you need more help with one specific area of your life, like planning, you can retake the Manage Your Time & Daily Tasks module.
I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD, but I identify with everything on the page. Can I take this program?
Absolutely! If you identify with what's written, you're probably wired differently. Many people will try out different strategies to find what helps before seeking a formal diagnosis. You can absolutely participate in the Find Your Flow program without being diagnosed.
