How does the Find Your ADHD Flow Program work?
Find Your ADHD Flow is a live, 4-month virtual group program that meets on Zoom and follows a structured, rotating curriculum designed to help you build sustainable systems for how your brain works.
Each 4-month cycle includes four core modules, each with a different focus. These modules repeat in a continuous rotation, which allows us to start new groups at different points in the year rather than only at one fixed time.
When you join, you commit to one full 4-month cycle, ensuring you experience every module. Many participants choose to sign up for an additional cycle — often a second or even third time — to apply what they’ve learned more deeply, refine their systems, and notice new insights as life changes.
This program is intentionally designed to be layered and repeatable: the first round builds your foundation; future rounds help you integrate, personalize, and strengthen it.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome packet with everything you need to get started. Our team is always available if questions come up along the way.

How many people are in a section?
I keep sections small, generally between 5 - 7 people and no more than 10.
Is there any structure to the Group Zoom Class?
Yes! There is a specific agenda for each Group Zoom Class to support each person's learning. We always start with check-ins, followed by questions, and then I teach a new concept. Toward the end of the class, we briefly discuss what will be covered in the next class, and you will share what you hope to focus on for the next class.
Do all participants have to have the same goals?
Not at all! You are an individual and it's important that your goals are right for you. It really does work for each person to have their own goal(s) for how they want to grow. While everyone learns no matter where they are in their journey, you have your own learning style and I want to honor that.
I'm just learning about my new ADHD diagnosis. Will this program work for me?
Yes, it will absolutely support you as you grow to understand and work with your new ADHD diagnosis. It's also helpful for those who have had a diagnosis for a while, yet are struggling to come to terms with it. You don't have to do this alone!

I like the idea of being part of a group, but it’s hard for me to be comfortable so other groups haven’t really worked for me. What's different about this group?
Most people with ADHD or who are Wired Differently have a hard time being part of a group. They're typically much more comfortable leading a group than being in one. What sets this group apart is that you will be in like-minded company — you are not alone! Past clients have told me my style of facilitation creates an environment that feels encouraging and open. My approach should help you grasp things better while you get the support you need along the way.
Whether it's helping you learn to break down challenging tasks or shifting to a positive self image, I've got your back. There's a unique power that comes with feeling fully accepted by a group of people who understand and share your struggles.

Will this program cure my ADHD?
While there is no cure for ADHD, it's important to find strategies to help you work with it and learn to love and accept yourself as you are. Once you have tools to help you embrace the way you're wired, it becomes easier to build a life you love living. Find Your ADHD Flow will help you harness your differences as unique strengths. You'll master tools to get organized, communicate better, and manage your time with ease.
Will it really only take 4 months for my life to get better?
Everyone learns and changes at their own pace. Find Your ADHD Flow starts with a 4-month commitment, but you can stay on longer and keep building on what you've learned in each module. This program is flexible by design to honor the individuality of each person's needs. For example, if you need more help with one specific area of your life, like planning, you can retake the Manage Your Time & Daily Tasks module.
I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD, but I identify with everything on the page. Can I take this program?
Absolutely! If you identify with what's written, you're probably wired differently. Many people will try out different strategies to find what helps before seeking a formal diagnosis. We welcome you to participate in the Find Your ADHD Flow program.
I'm not taking any medications for my ADHD. Will this program still help me, and can I still join?
